The weekend before Monster Jam I saw the sign for the Build and Grow
Clinic at Lowe's, it was to build your own Grave Digger. I thought this
would be a great activity for the kids, plus it was free! I went to
sign the kids up, but all the Lowe's around us had already filled up. I
was very thankful that Jacob found one in Cartersville that had a
few openings, so we quickly took two spots! It was well worth the
drive. The kids had a blast!
You could tell that Kelly felt like a big kid as she helped me put Grave Digger together and she did a great job with the hammer.
Austin was too little to hammer, but he still found ways to help Daddy.
When they were done they each got a cookie, a certificate, a patch for the project and their very own Lowe's apron!
They are already signed up for the next clinic where they will build Monster Mutt! Can't wait to see them in their little aprons ;)
