Happy Birthday Grandpa!

This past weekend we celebrated Grandpa's birthday.  We made him German Chocolate cupcakes

and decorated with streamers because it's not a party without cake and decorations!

Grandpa loves to cook so the kids made him special oven mitts.
Grandpa's Helping Hands

I think he really loved them!

Happy Birthday Grandpa! You're the best!
We love you!!!

Kelly's first day of kindergarten

I can't believe the day has come and our little princess is in Kindergarten!  She was so excited she got up and was ready to go before Daddy even went to wake her up!

All ready to go with new outfit, shoes and her Lalaloopsy
lunch box!

What a difference a year makes

She had to have her picture taken with all of us :)

Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for the book bag!

Our little Diva!

Kelly's new room is actually her old Pre-K room.  Her new teacher is Mrs. Parmer.

She was so excited to find out that her best friend from last year, Ramsey, is in her class!

She had a great first day and can't wait to go back tomorrow!

PCB trip part 4- beach and pool days

Both of our babies love the water, so we spent most of our time at the pool.

It's crazy how much they have changed over the years...

Our little princess

Even Batman needs a vacation!

Our annual footprints in the sand
(Daddy at the top, Kelly on the right, Mommy on the bottom, and Austin on the left)

The kids love the sand, so we went for a walk almost every night after dinner and let them play.

Our turtle

Even thought Jacob hates getting his picture taken, he always lets me get a family picture at the beach.  It has become a family tradition to get a picture on our last night.

It was a great trip and we made lots of memories. I'm sad to say that it's time for school to start! Can't believe my baby will be in Kindergarten in just a couple of days!

PCB trip part 3- Sea Screamer

Wednesday night we went on the Sea Screamer for a sunset cruise and to look for dolphins.

The kids loved the boat ride and Captain Andy and his deck hand, Noah, were awesome!

Jacob and I were holding the kids up so they could see when I looked down and I saw this...such a sweet moment!

Noah shooting a cannon at some people on the beach.  He did this about three different times and it was so funny!

We even went past our condo...

and the fishing pier that Jacob fished on every morning.

Captain Andy even let the kids take turns driving the boat.

A lot of clouds, but still a beautiful sunset.

Noah gave all the kids dolphin tattoos.

We saw lots of dolphins! It was hard to get a picture and hold a kid at the same time, so this was the best I got.

They also pulled up a blue crab trap to let the kids take a close look, but our kids wanted nothing to do with them.

We had so much fun and the kids were so good.  We got back late and the kids crashed hard.  This will be something we will definitely do again!

PCB Trip part 2-Gulf World

Our second day we went to Gulf World.  We got there just in time to see the Sea Lion show.

The kids loved all the animals.

Dolphins are Kelly's favorite animal so she was so excited to see the dolphin show.  They brought out 3 mommy's with their babies.  They were so cute!

After the show Kelly and I got to go and meet one of the dolphins!  This made Kelly's day, she was so excited to get to touch a dolphin.  She said that when she is big enough she wants us to go swimming with them.

It was a very hot day, but the smile on her face was worth it!
